What is this document about?This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) provides information on how: we (hereinafter – “we” or “us”) process the personal data of users of the website – www.zenoft.com (hereinafter – the “Site”); we ensure the confidentiality and security of users’ personal data.

What rights do data subjects have? You have rights in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 dated 02.07.2019, which you can exercise by contacting us. 
What personal data do we collect? We process the following categories of personal data that you provide to us or that are collected automatically: Identification Data: name, surname, patronymic (if applicable), date of birth, citizenship, identification number/passport details (if necessary for the provision of Services and/or compliance with legal requirements). Contact Data: email, phone number, postal address, messengers. Account Data: login, passwords, settings. Payment Data: partially masked details, transaction identifiers, payment status information (via payment providers). Support Data: requests, tickets, call/chat records. Marketing and Communications Data: subscriptions, preferences, participation in promotions. Technical and Behavioral Data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, cookies and similar technologies, logs, usage information, approximate location. Data uploaded by users to the Services (content and metadata), if the functionality of the Services implies it.
